Kramer Voice Company Cancellation Policy
POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OF BOOKED LESSONS
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

The Kramer Voice Company is dedicated to the development of each of our client’s vocal capabilities.  Our experience as top professionals in the entertainment industry enhances our ability to reach this goal.

We expect the same dedication from our clients whether they are just starting, preparing for their next tour, or recording with us. 

Due to our already fully booked schedule, all students that have booked classes that are confirmed in our calendar are responsible for giving us proper notice of cancellations and tardiness. 

MANDATORY 24 HOUR NOTICE:
WE RUN ON A PRECISE SCHEDULE

Students must notify us of any cancellation by phone or email 24 hours in advance or the student will be responsible for the entire cost of the session. 

Any cancellations called or emailed less than 24 hours prior to your booked lesson: will result in a charge of 50% of your 1 lesson deposit.  Clients will be responsible to go online and replenish the 50% deposit before the next scheduled session. 

No shows: Any student who misses their appointment without notice will be responsible for the entire class and will be responsible to replenish that deposit online before any further classes will be confirmed in our calendar. 

ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS MADE!!!!

Tardiness:  For example, if a client is booked from 3-4pm on a Monday and they show up at 3:15pm they will receive a 45 minute class and will be billed for a full lesson.

Your scheduled time is when we will be waiting at the piano and technically 3:01pm is a minute late so save yourself the headache and come 5 minutes early.

If you are coming around rush hour give yourself the extra time because we cannot be responsible for you getting to your scheduled lesson on time. 

As to our long history of providing exceptional singing training and quality audio recordings, we have also experienced clients who responsibly show up on time on a regular basis and are outside doing breathing exercises 10 minutes before class and showing us their dedication and commitment.  All of you deserve our very best and we take pride in having that kind of dedication on our client roster.  We thank you.
